ARRIVING BY CAR:
Southbound on the M1 from Brisbane:
Take Exit 85, for Varsity Lakes and continue along Reedy Creek Rd until you reach the Gold Coast Highway, turn left and travel north to Miami, turn left into our driveway (Miami State High School will be on your left). Driving from Brisbane: 85 kilometres (1 hour).
Southbound on the Gold Coast Highway:
Head south on the Gold Coast Highway. Once you reach Nobby Beach, turn right onto Albicore St. Take the first left onto Karbunya St, then first left onto Alec Ave, first left onto Kiers Rd, second left onto the Gold Coast Highway, then left into our driveway.
Northbound on the M1 from New South Wales:
Take Exit 87 and continue along Bermuda St until you turn right at Reedy Creek Rd. Continue on Reedy Creek Rd until you reach the Gold Coast Highway, turn left and travel north to Miami, turn left into our driveway (Miami State High School will be on your left). Driving from Sydney: 853 kilometres (10 hours)
ARRIVING BY BUS:
Jump on Surfside Bus 700/777 and exit at Nobby Beach Shops. Walk south 200m on Gold Coast Highway, turn right into our driveway. This bus runs with regular stops from Wharf St, Tweed Heads to Broadbeach South Station. Total walking distance from bus stop 450m.

Bookings made on this special rate have a Fourteen (14) Day Cancellation Policy.
You can cancel or modify your booking outside Fourteen (14) days from your scheduled arrival date without penalty. If this booking is cancelled or modified within Fourteen (14) days from your scheduled arrival date you will be charged the total accommodation value of your original booking.
